# Terms of Service

Welcome to DL Spares. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

## 1. Who we are

## 2. Products and part information
- We supply new, used, surplus and refurbished industrial and automation spare parts.
- Products are listed by their exact manufacturer part number (MPN) and condition (new, used, or for parts). Used and refurbished items are cleaned, function-tested and documented before dispatch.
- All brand and manufacturer names, part numbers and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. DL Spares is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, or an authorised distributor of, the manufacturers named, unless expressly stated.
- We describe items with care, but specifications, compatibility and images are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm a part is suitable for their application — quote the MPN and ask us if unsure.

## 3. Prices and payment
- Prices are exclusive of any import duties, taxes or customs charges in the destination country.
- Payment is taken in full before dispatch. For high-value items we may issue a quote/proforma invoice first.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel an order affected by an obvious error.

## 4. Orders and acceptance
- Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm and dispatch the order.
- We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g. stock unavailable, pricing error, suspected fraud, or shipping restriction). If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

## 5. Shipping
- Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of cleared payment and shipped worldwide via DHL Express. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the buyer's/recipient's responsibility. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

## 6. Returns
- **All sales are final.** Because our stock is largely used, surplus and refurbished industrial parts sold by exact part number, we do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
- If an item arrives damaged in transit or is materially not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it (replacement or refund at our discretion).
- Any mandatory statutory rights that apply to consumers in their country of residence are not affected by this clause.

## 7. Warranty
- Warranty, where offered, is stated on the individual product page and varies by item and condition. Warranty covers functional defects only and excludes wear parts, misuse, incorrect installation, and damage occurring after delivery.

## 8. Limitation of liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, DL Spares is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including production downtime, loss of profit or data) arising from the use of a supplied part. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

## 9. Governing law
- These terms and any purchase made through this website are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in the customer's country of residence remain unaffected.
