ASUTEC ASU-400-EW-09-100 Pneumatic Conveyor Stop Module

Original ASUTEC pneumatic stop module designed for stopping and separating workpiece carriers and pallets in industrial conveyor and transfer systems.

The ASU-400-EW-09-100 belongs to the ASU-400 series of pneumatic stop modules without damping.

It features a single-acting pneumatic mechanism with spring return. Compressed air lowers the stop into the release position, while the internal spring returns it to the blocking position when pressure is removed.

This design enables controlled stopping and release of workpiece carriers in automated production and material-handling systems.

Operating Principle

The stop module remains in the raised blocking position when pneumatic pressure is absent.

Applying compressed air lowers the stop, allowing the workpiece carrier to continue moving.

When pressure is removed, the spring returns the stop to its blocking position.
